I've been a bit confused with what size to order. The manufacturer usually writes that most Uggs are true to size but that has not been my experience. I ordered these in a 10 but had to return and order a 9. I have found that the reviews give a better idea of the fit, not the manufacturer. I have 3 pairs of UGGs, 2 are a size smaller and 1 is a size Larger. You can add a heavier sock or add another lining insert
